There is even a very comprehensive relaxation programme that offers instruction in Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, and stress management which promises you will return home with benefits that will last longer than your tan!

The BodyHoliday also offers one of the Caribbean’s most comprehensive programmes of sports. You can enjoy tennis, explore the island on a bicycle tour, or discover the marine world while snorkelling or scuba diving. You can learn the Ancient arts of fencing and archery, or even take lessons at the resorts’ golf school, before heading off to practice on St. Lucia’s 18-hole championship golf course. Luxury rooms have a garden view, are air-conditioned and have either a four poster, draped, king size bed or two double beds. They are furnished with rattan chairs, table and writing desk, soft items are in pastel colours and the walls are decorated with original, rare, hummingbird prints. Each room has direct dial telephone, clock radio, 110/120 volt outlets and a mini fridge. The bath- rooms have a private bath and shower, marble vanity with two sinks, hair dryer and razor points. Dining at the BodyHoliday goes a long way beyond the usual resort fare to delight your taste buds. At breakfast and lunch, the beautifully presented buffet tables offer great flavours and variety. 18-Hole Championship Course

If you would like a holiday where you can play as much golf as you like at no extra cost, then this is the holiday for you! The beautiful and challenging Par 71, 6,829 yd championship course at the St. Lucia Golf & Country Club is located just 2 minuets away from the resort. Included in you holiday package are the Green Fees and transfers to and from the course. Golf clubs ($20), self drive carts ($25), balls and shoes ($10) can be rented at the golf course. However, you are welcome to bring along your own golf equipment.

The Golf Academy at the BodyHoliday at LeSPORT offers you the chance to learn to play golf or to improve your game. There are practice nets, a putting green, equipment and 2 in-house Golf Pros. This may also be the perfect opportunity to get someone else interested, a beginner, your wife or husband, for instance. The Golf Pro can also design a programme for those who have never seen a golf club! And when you’re not on the course we recommend yoga classes for focus, stretch classes and Pilates to help with your back.
